How do hints work?
Tap Hint and the game highlights a pair you can merge. Every level comes with a few free hints (two to four, depending on the level). When those are used up, the game spends from your saved hints, and you start with 3 saved. A hint never changes the board by itself.
What happens when I run out of hints?
The game offers to play a rewarded video for +1 hint. It only plays if you tap the button, and you can say no and keep playing.
How does Undo work?
Tap Undo to take back your last move. It remembers up to 3 moves.
What does Remove Ads do?
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase on the main menu. It hides banner ads and the full-screen ads shown between levels. Rewarded videos stay available, because you choose when to watch one to earn a hint.
How do I restore Remove Ads after reinstalling or changing phones?
There is no restore button. Install Galaxy Merge from Google Play while signed in to the same Google account you used to buy Remove Ads, and open the game with an internet connection. Google Play gives the purchase back automatically when the game starts.
If the ads are still there after a restart, email [email protected] with the order number from your Google Play receipt.
Where are my privacy options?
Where the law requires consent, such as in the EEA and UK, open Menu > Settings > Privacy options to review or change your choices. The button only appears in those regions. Settings > Privacy policy opens the privacy policy in your browser, in every region.
Anywhere, you can reset your Android advertising ID under Settings > Privacy > Ads. See the privacy policy for details, or ask us to delete your data.
When will I see ads?
Banner ads can appear on menu screens, and a full-screen ad can appear between levels, never in the middle of a move. New installs get a short ad-free period. Rewarded videos only play when you tap to watch one.
Is my progress saved if I switch phones?
Progress is saved on your device. We do not run accounts or a cloud save. If Android backup is turned on for your phone, Android may restore your progress when you reinstall or move to a new phone. Otherwise a fresh install starts at level 1. Remove Ads comes back through Google Play, as described above.
Why did my level end?
A level is lost when the board is full and no merge is left. Some levels also have a time limit, and the level ends if the time runs out before you reach the target score.
The game is not loading or keeps closing. What can I do?
Check that your phone runs Android 7.1 (API 25) or newer and has free storage. Update Galaxy Merge in Google Play, then restart your phone. If it still fails, email [email protected] with your phone model and Android version.
