These terms cover Galaxy Merge and any other game by Two Pebbles Games, and this website. By installing or playing a game, or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Playing the game

You may install and play our games on your own Android devices for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell or reverse engineer a game, or tamper with it to get an unfair advantage or to avoid ads or payments.

Ads and purchases

• Our games are free to play and show ads from Google AdMob. We don't control the content of the ads.
• Remove Ads is an optional one-time purchase. It hides banner and full-screen ads. Rewarded videos stay available if you choose to watch them.
• Payments, receipts and refunds are handled by Google Play and follow Google Play's terms and refund policy. We never see your card details.

Your data

How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy. To ask us to delete data, see Delete my data.

Progress and changes

Your progress is stored on your device, and uninstalling a game deletes it. If Android backup is turned on for your phone, Android may keep a copy in your Google account. We may update, change or remove features, levels or the game itself, and we may update these terms. When we change them we will revise the date above.

Ownership

The games, their art, music, sounds, names and logos belong to Two Pebbles Games or its licensors. These terms don't give you ownership of any of it. You may use the logos and screenshots in our press kit to write about us.

No guarantees

We work hard to make our games run well, but they are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses we could not reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
